Eligibility. Signature Series events have been created exclusively for Orange Lake Owners and their invited qualified referrals. No one is excluded from visiting our property or purchasing a timeshare.

Owners - You must meet certain qualifications and attend a 60-minute owner update in order to participate in this promotion. If you do not attend the full update, the difference between the special package price and the currently published nightly rate for the applicable resort at that time, plus premium cost and taxes, will be charged to your credit card. You may not participate in this promotion if you have an open, incomplete package requiring attendance at a sales presentation or owner update, or have participated in a sponsor promotion requiring attendance at a sales presentation or owner update within the last 6 (six) months. You may not participate in this promotion if you have already participated in a Signature Series event. You may not participate in this promotion if your account is not in good standing or membership fees are not current. Employees of Orange Lake Resorts, or their affiliates, are not eligible. If married, engaged or living together, couples must attend the owner update together.

Owner Referral – The owner referral must meet certain financial qualifications and attend a two-hour sales presentation, in order to participate in this promotion. You must be at least 23 (twenty-three) years of age to qualify for this offer. If married, engaged or living together, couples must attend sales presentation together. If you do not attend the full presentation, the difference between the special package price and the currently published nightly rate for the applicable resort at that time, plus premium cost and taxes, will be charged to your credit card. Minimum financial qualifications: income of $60,000 USD for single or household (the combined income of unmarried persons living together can be used to determine “household” income), gainfully employed (not to exclude retirees or the disabled with household income as described above), creditworthy and possess a major credit card. You must present a major credit card and personal identification such as an official government issued picture ID or passport at time of sales presentation so that, in the event of purchase, notary requirements can be met. You may not participate in this promotion if you have an open, incomplete package requiring attendance at a sales presentation, or have participated in a sponsor promotion requiring attendance at a sales presentation within the last twelve 12 (twelve) months. You may not participate in this promotion if you have already participated in a Signature Series event or if you are an immediate family member of an owner. You may not participate in this promotion if you reside in one of the following Florida counties: Osceola, Orange, Lake, Seminole and Polk counties. Employees of Orange Lake Resorts or their affiliates are not eligible. Offer valid one per family only.

Accommodations. Reservations are on a space-available basis. Accommodations will be in a two-bedroom suite run-of-house for up to a maximum of 8 (eight) adults and children total at Orange Lake Orlando. Standard value of accommodations: $210-$350/night. Upgrades and extra nights may be available at an additional cost. Written confirmation required to check in.

Package Details – The Signature Series Event Package includes accommodations, a welcome dinner on Orange Lake property, an off-site special event and round-trip transportation to the event, a breakfast or a luncheon with a Sales Presentation. Offer is based on two (2) adults traveling. If space is available, additional guests may attend, but will result in additional charges & fees. Immediate children, ages 3 to 18, of the traveling owner or referral will be charged $99 per person plus tax (up to 4 children). All other charges, sales and resort taxes, expenses, and the cost of travel are your sole responsibility and are not included in this special rate. Written confirmation required to check-in.

Reservations. Full pre-payment using a major credit card is required. Due to the specialized nature of Signature Series Events, this is a non-refundable, non-transferable advance purchase package. This package is not intended to be used in conjunction with any other reservation such as owner week, Holiday Inn Club™, RCI exchange or rental reservation. A $7.95 charge applies to each reservation change made after the initial purchase. Any change made within 14 (fourteen) days prior to check in or no-show to the reservation will incur an additional $120 fee.

Purpose of Promotion. Promotions requiring attendance at an owner update are for the purpose of introducing the benefits of Holiday Inn Club™ and vacation ownership. As a result of state registrations, guest may not be eligible to purchase a vacation ownership interest in the project where the owner update occurs.
