FOOD & BEVERAGE Cook • Part / Full Time Assists in the food preparation and service of all menu items as specified through recipes, pictures and additional instructions by the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef. Will help clean and stock the kitchen. High volume cooking experience preferred. Flexible schedule required. Steward • Part Time This is a position in our busy kitchen operations department. General kitchen duties include cleaning pots, pans, and other dishes. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Bartender/Server • Part Time Looking for experienced food service professionals to assist guests and ensure an enjoyable dining experience. This position requires superior guest relation skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Knowledge of mixology, previous experience and cash-handling skills helpful. Sous Chef • Full Time Seeking an experienced Sous Chef to provide leadership, development, support, and motivation to our kitchen staff. Will create and develop unique menu items to provide our guests with an enjoyable dining experience. A Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience is required. Hostess/Host • Part Time Responsible of providing a warm welcome to our owners and guest. The host/hostess is expected to ensure that service is prompt and courteous and that the experience meets or exceeds the guests expectations. They also schedule dining reservations, arrange parties, and organize any special services that are required. Must have flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. F&B Supervisor • Full Time Excellent opportunity for candidate with strong leadership skills to oversee daily operations in our F&B outlets. Must have knowledge of F&B and be able to work in fast-paced, hands on environment.

CREATIVE SERVICES Account Coordinator • Full Time Looking for a professional with one-year minimum experience in client services. Will handle day-to-day account and vendor coordination and manage print and mail process. Bachelor’s in related field required. Account Supervisor • Full Time Will lead the client services division and be responsible for understanding client’s business objectives, clearly defining the strategy and providing sound solutions. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience counseling clients on strategic marketing and branding initiatives. Social Media Specialist • Full Time Strategically develop, launch and maintain company presence on various Social Media locations. Also responsible for employee video program. Bachelors Degree in English, Communication or Journalism. At least 2 years with related experience.

HUMAN RESOURCES Recruiter – South Carolina • Full Time Must have strong interpersonal communication and consulting skills. Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. Looking for a candidate with creative thinking and writing proficiency. Two to three years recruiting experience is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus. Time share knowledge preferred. Must be able to travel and work a flexible schedule to include AM/PM shifts and weekends.

RESORT ACTIVITIES Resort Activities Cashier • Full / Part Time Cash-handling experience preferred. Ability to lift 25 pounds or more and stock store merchandise required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays. Must be customer service-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment!

GOLF Golf Service Staff • Full / Part Time Seeking motivated candidates to be responsible for general golf operations including starting golfers, loading and unloading clubs, ranger duties and more. Golf Service Staff Lead • Full Time Looking for a candidate with great knowledge of golf operations. Will be responsible for creating a great customer experience. SIGNATURE COLLECTION Housekeeper • Full Time This position will perform check out, stay-over, mid week and trash and tidy cleans to the standards set forth by the resort. Cleaning, inspections and customer delight are the focus of this position. Individual must be certified in the Signature Collection and must be re-certified quarterly. 3 years of experience preferred in a Concierge Hotel or Resort. Housekeeping Inspector • Full Time Will assist in the inspection of all River Island accommodation units to ensure units are ready for occupancy. Is expected to teach and mentor housekeepers and demonstrate thoughtful decisions in a high-pressured environment. Other responsibilities include reporting of engineering issues, inventory and linen replacement, and pest control issues. Will model the expectations of service anticipated in a luxury, regency collection resort. 1-2 years inspection experience in a Concierge Hotel or Resort preferred. Valid FL Driver's License required. Houseperson • Full Time Will clean interior and exterior of all accommodation units. Also in charge of cleaning elevator and elevator tracks, trash removal from interior and exterior of buildings and all linen delivery as requested by owners and guests. Will be responsible for the daily assembly of linen baskets and will conduct daily inventory of all linen closets to maintain par levels. Individual must be certified in the Signature Collection and must be re-certified quarterly. 1-2 years experience in a Concierge Hotel or Resort. Valid FL Driver's License required.

CALL CENTER Call Transfer Agent • Full Time The transfer agent's mission is to provide IHG guests information on all vacation packages that Orange Lake has to offer. Agents will make guests aware on the details of participation, verify customer demographics, sell vacation packages and assist guests in booking reservations for their vacation packages. Must have an upbeat, positive demeanor. Must maintain required sales per week. Minimum 2 years telemarketing sales experience. Bilingual a plus.

MARKETING Tour Reception Supervisor • Full Time Looking for a strong leader with proven customer service skills. Must be goal-oriented, dependable and have excellent computer skills. A positive attitude and big smile are required. Control Room Clerk • Full Time Primary purpose of this position is to manifest tours and transportation reservations from the OPC’s in the field. Computer and telephone skills are a must for this position. Must have flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. Gift Center Manager • Full Time Ensures the gifting center is operating in a professional and organized manner while providing world-class experience to our guests and owners. Will prepare and distribute sales pending collection activity reports. Minimum 6 months cash handling experience preferred.
