Grocery Delivery

Internet, business & mail services

Connections—our business center and Internet café—is the place to go for mailing and business services, plus e-mail and high-speed Internet access. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee while checking your e-mail or surfing the web. There are two locations for Connections: In the West Village, in the Atrium on the lower level. At River Island, in the River Island Exchange.

Connections is the first phase in a larger effort to provide you with high-speed Internet access resort-wide.

Babysitting

Orange Lake Orlando works with several local businesses that can send a childcare professional to your villa or suite. If you prefer, they will come along with your family to help you with your children during your excursions around town. They also can take your child to the attractions for you. All caregivers are insured, bonded and licensed. Rental strollers, car seats and pack 'n play also are available.

Check Cashing

Travelers checks and personal checks can be cashed at the Front Desk. Most area attractions will also accept travelers checks. A valid driver's license is required for check cashing services.

Foreign Currency Exchange

The Tickets & Transportation Desks, located in the West Village Clubhouse lobby and at the River Island Exchange, can exchange your foreign currency for U.S. dollars. Exchange rates are posted at the Tickets & Transportation Desks on a daily basis.

Safe Deposit Boxes

Safe deposit boxes are available in every room to secure your valuables.

Housekeeping & Laundry

In anticipation of your arrival, your villa is cleaned and ready for you to start your vacation. If you would like additional housekeeping services during your stay, simply call Priority Services and a representative from our housekeeping team will contact you to schedule your service. For your convenience, washers and dryers are located in each villa and on each floor of the West Village Clubhouse.

Meeting Rooms & Events

Over the years, many owners and guests have selected Orange Lake as the site for such special events as wedding receptions and anniversaries, bar mitzvahs and family reunions. Four banquet and meeting facilities are available to meet your needs.
